"The first learning experience is always most important..."
The silver blue and ebony pup was glad to finally be free and the warmth of summer in the air. It, to him, was the best of both worlds and he also was being trusted to be outside of the dens for the first time, 'I will not blow it,' he thought already showing a bit of maturity. He was sure the sun was out though in the forest it was dark. Though the pup was born here in a lot of ways he already felt out of place. He just felt he didn't belong, already at such a young age.
He continued onward a playful air about him, yet no one to play with. He decides to sit at the base of a tree and wait. Though this didn't last long showing though mature he still had a pups attention span. He slowly came to the conclusion,'The Moon Forest is boring.' He meant nothing more than what it sounded like. He merely was tired of waiting around as no one seemed to be around.
As he continued onward he found a small stick and began to chew it, but with milk teeth still it was a bit hard. It didn't stop him from chewing it however. He was finally getting some enjoyment from his little stroll. His pup squeaks may have been heard as he played.

There was another pup who had wandered off recently, her little squeaks of delight also heard nearby as she pounced from one thing to the next. She was obviously only recently out of the den; perhaps a couple of weeks of newfound freedom. It was likely her mother or father, Alphas of Falling Moon, weren't so far away. Binah certainly had a tendency to be stubborn and far too adventurous to be ignored for too long. Her stubby legs were sure-footed by now; she could explore with the utmost confidence. The world was such a new thing to her, and it was nothing but wonderful. She enjoyed every moment she spent away from the dens, where she could chase crickets and the occaisional squirrel. She enjoyed the idea that all creatures feared her. She had yet to come across anything more agressive than a vulture and so far viewed the world as her domain.
Her head c0cked a bit when she heard the squeaking of Razanur, but had a hard time pinpointing where it came from. She turned in circles for a few moments, until she heard him again. She bounced forward, tugging through the undergrowth with ease since she was small yet. When she spotted the male pup, her tail grew rigid with excitement. She had never met him before. Who was he? Where did he come from? He looked very different from any wolf she had ever seen; he was so dark.
"Hi!" she yelped as she bounded forward, looking intently at the stick he was currently chewing on. She didn't understand such behavior and thought it silly. She let out a small giggle of delight. "What are you doin? Why are you eatin a stick?"
She took a forepaw and swiped it across his forehead in a playful manner. "You look funny."

So far, the world had been a constant bombardment of his senses that he was eager to make sense of. Now that he was free to leave the dens without having to be accompanied by his parents of babysitters, the Moon lands revealed new parts of itself every day. It was wonderful, but his favourite thing so far was the sky. It constantly changed, and so did the air. Sometimes it felt hotter, and sometimes it was a little cooler. On some days he felt the air blowing through his fur stronger than other days. It was odd, but intriguing.
Caspian was drawn to New Moon Forest primarily because of the unfamiliar scent that he was keen to familiarise and keep a mental note of, but as he got closer another scene filled his nostrils and he heard the playful yips of other pups. An interesting idea popped into his head as he made his way carelessly through the trees and undergrowth and a small smirk flickered onto his maw.
As he got closer he slowed down and began to creep along the forest floor with his belly pressed closely to the ground, and when he caught sight of his sister he stopped completely, grinning devilishly. She had her back toward him. Oh, this was just too perfect. The male didn’t seem too bright either, and was busy chewing on a stick. If Caspian was lucky he wouldn’t be noticed until the right moment. He started to move toward the two pups as if he were hunting a rabbit. So far he’d not had much luck with hunting because although he was small, he was relatively larger than other pups. It was a trait he inherited from his father; something he was immensely proud of. It didn’t occur to him that this was similar at all to hunting for prey. This was just a game. If anything this was more important, which was why he was being so careful. If he didn’t catch anything to eat, he would be fed anyway. Games were far more interesting and required far more concentration.
He stopped again when he thought he was as close as he would get without being detected, crouched delicately in the bushes. Then, with an almighty shout, he leaped from his hiding place and attempted to ambush his sister with powerful tackle.

The stick lost his interest quickly as another pup had walked up playfully. She must have been watching him a bit as she thought it funny he was chewing a stick. He merely let his audits perk in pride, he was showing he was different and was proud of it. If he could he would have screamed it, though his parents would have been embarrassed most likely. He hadn't learned a lot of speech so he tried more to act out or show what he was thinking. He did however know, "Hi," and said it quickly hoping not to appear completely different.
He felt special as the female scratched at his forehead and called him funny. He just sat back upon his haunches and gave an amused murr. As he did so he caught sight of another seemingly sneaking and decides not to say anything, he feared the other was hunting and would rather not give away his position to his prey. When he realized he was jumping at the female he gave a bark to help her know to move. He then attempted to pounce at the pouncing male.
As he did so he thought of the excitement of having a couple friends. He was already meeting a few others and it was a big deal, at least to him. He loved socialization and though he knew he didn't belong he felt at home as long as another played or talked with him. He felt the love and listened intently when he had to.
