A breeze passed through his fur causing it to seemingly dance as orbs fluttered over the landscape as a butterfly. If looked upon it would seem as though he was hitting and missing different things with his environment. He was growing tired of seemingly sitting on his butt in Stars territory and decides to take a walk to actually do something.
He begins to head to 'No Man's Land' cranium lowered in absolute boredom, 'What am I to do,' he wondered as he continued past the river. As he did so he rested a moment to get his bearings and composure back. He definitely wasn't as young as he had once been. He began looking around as he was sitting there and that was when he spotted it, the Deadlands. He knew the Stars warned him yet he was curious, partially because they had told him not to.
Silver stood up slowly and began padding over, ' It can't hurt just to check it out,' he thought as he began to move forward. He felt a anxious almost excitement as if he felt himself to be a troublemaker, yet there seemed to be a large hint of nervousness as he made his way to about the center of the clearing. He was trying to be brave and tried to muster some courage, "Is anyone here," he asked in more of a squeak from fear. He now had the scent of Dancing Stars all over him so it was apparent where he was from.
He stood hackles beginning to rise from the tension. Just the look of the land made his nerves begin to literally cause him physical paralyzing pain. He was not a pushover when it came to fighting but he hoped it didn't come to that. He figured they possibly would take him at the fact he was a bit dilusional and could use that as an excuse, afterall it wasn't a complete lie he reasoned quietly waiting, legs quaking violently beneath him.

Stalking around the Moons land had gotten boring. She wasn’t hungry, and Demi wasn’t interested in hunting for others. The pregnant females could gain meals from their mates, and if they didn’t have mates, then it sucks to be them. She wasn’t interested in helping the other pack members unless she was ordered to. Which was why she mostly avoided the alphas and betas, but, in all honesty, she wasn’t sure who the betas were anymore. Demi never really paid attention to the hierarchy of her pack. In all honesty, she was thinking about leaving the pack... But then again, loner life would be far too lonely. And then there were the friends she did have.
Walking through the land, Demi snorted and raised her head, sniffing the air. No one was near by. How dull. She made a face, tail twitching and looked back ahead. Snorting again, Demi ran off, dust raising in the air behind her. She was like a black blur, racing through the shadows and across the land, though she was unsure about where she was going. However, Demi didn’t care. She enjoyed running against the wind and under the sun. Not a care in the world!
But then she skidded to a halt, gasping for breath when she saw a figure in the distance. He looked a bit lost and frightened, and she narrowed her eyes. He stated something and it was faint, but she made her way to them. As she got closer, she raised her head judgingly at the sight of the wolf in front of her. Smirking, she circled him, inspecting Silver as she did so.
“You seem a little lost.” she sniffed at him and made a face at the familiar scent, “Dancing Star.”
Demi would never really be ready to attack a Dancing Star now, but she watched him curiously. He seemed terrified. She snickered loudly, moving to stand right in front of him, lowering her head and gave him a sly glare.
“You seem scared.” she snarled, watching him with deep red eyes. Let’s see how this goes.

Silver was about to get out of there when another had approached. He watched her his pupils becoming quite huge with fear. As she began circling him he calmed though she knew he was a Star, for the fact he sensed she was more calm. In his opinion and deciding not to speak it she seemed a bit of a coward, it was in the simple fact she could have taken down one of the wolves she considered a enemy yet hadn't. He began arrogantly smilingly yet keeping his orbs towards the ground, audits flicking to make sure she didn't decide to attack.
After a few minutes he gathered some strength and raised his cranium, as heavy as it felt, and stared glaringly. He snorted as he sighed showing annoyance rather than fear now, "Maybe I was," he said talking back with a sarcastic tone somewhat. He decides not to give her a answer on his pack status. He figured from his lazy demeanor it was apparent he was only a Omega, yet he seemed to try and present himself as more to maybe intimidate this female. His optics flattened some becoming little beads, "If you want a fight keep it up," he said a bit cockily though he himself wasn't looking for a fight. He had just been bored and in some ways a fight would end the boredom he was facing.
He readied himself allowing his hackles to fall however to appear more peaceful yet inside his unsettled spirit was ready for a fight. He looked as if he was going to just have a friendly conversation, but underneath his seemingly undefensive self layed the heart of a fighter. He only killed when necessary, his friend was wounding another till they could no longer fight, or at least till they ran off tail between their legs.

As soon as Demi approached, his cowardly appearance seemed to diminish and when he spoke she snorted and narrowed her eyes judgingly. So he suddenly had a backbone? What brought on the sudden change of emotion? Was it because Demi was a female, and he thought he had the upper paw just by gender? She grunted. Did he want a fight? It seemed that was the way they were going, and Demi revealed her sharp canines threateningly. What a dumb wolf, he was surely delusional.
Seeing his peaceful charade wasn’t going to fool her. However, Demi was confident that if a fight did break out, he would be the one to run off with his tail between his legs. Though she was made for speed, she could fight like any other Falling Moon. They were known to be brash and confident and fierce; and in some circumstances, she fit into each of those categories.
But when was the last time she had fought? Demi was never the fighter when she was with her gang. Who was it again… His name escaped her. The only names she could remember were Kinaki and Keanu. She wasn’t even sure if Kinaki was alive, but as far as she was concerned, everyone but Keanu definitely was. The thought made her feel a bit uncomfortable, but she would usually ignore both the feeling and thought when it came up. Demi would usually avoid things like emotions, especially if it leaned toward negative emotion. Feeling sadness was difficult for Demi, as she wasn’t used to it. She was used to being happy, overly-confident, angry. But when it came to wanting to curl up and let out a few sobs, Demi didn’t know if it was a good thing to do. She had learned from some that it was healthy to out any emotion, but it was also embarrassing if someone caught you.
So, Demi eventually decided she would just avoid it altogether.
“Are you really challenging me?” she snapped, snarling dangerously. She wasn’t nearly as angry as she appeared, but if it frightened him off, then the more power to her. She snapped her teeth dangerously close to his maw as a threat, before raising her head judgingly, “Do you know whose land you’re in? You reek of Dancing Stars. It was a mistake wandering into this territory.”

It had been awhile since Fallon had found herself wandering through the Deadlands. Everything here was barren, dry and boring. Yet, she had found herself bored deeper within the Moons’ territory. Justyn was nowhere to be found, and she had no family to console herself with. No family except her mother, that is. However, Fallon wasn’t in the mood to deal with her and her issues, not yet. So she found herself wandering along, closer and closer to the border. And so here she was, in the Deadlands.
She had never been particularly fond of this area. It was too open, too desolate. Hardly any food, and definitely no shelter. If you wanted to be alone, it was great, but if you wanted to go unnoticed, it also was a disadvantage. She looked behind her, seeing her paw prints in the dirt. So easy to track. Good thing she had nothing to worry about.
And that was when she smelled it, the disgustingly familiar scent. It made her scrunch up her nose and snort, almost as if she was trying to rid her nostrils of the stench. There was a Stars wolf nearby. She pricked her ears as the wind changed directions, and swiveled them, back and forth, back and forth. Finally, she caught the sound of voices, not far off to the east. By then the wind had changed again, and she picked up the scent of another, the scent of one of her own. Demi? Yes, that was the owner of the Falling Moons scent. She didn’t personally know Demi, but she knew enough about her home pack to know that she was a recent newcomer, sometime either before or right after the earthquake. Fallon had been young then, so details were foggy. But knowing that she had back up boosted her already large ego. It was time to say hello.
She padded in their direction swiftly, and soon the two figures came into sight. She strode up casually, watching as the other female chastised the intruder. Her green eyes narrowed as they crossed over the sight of the silvery male. She had hoped the black female would bite his maw and send him running, but she didn’t. Fallon spoke up then.
“Well, well, well. What do we have here?” A smirk crossed her face and she let out a chuckle, but it wasn’t one of humor. It had a hint of danger to it. This was her home, and she’d fight for it ‘til the end. Dancing Stars would simply not be tolerated.

Silver's confident stare left but no anger or fear filled him, rather confusion. This was his first encounter and he learned that the Falling Moons jumped to conclusions and decided to be more direct. He tilted his cranium standing still as she snapped at him, "This is Falling Moon territory," he said acting as if he didn't know, truth was he was bored and just wanted to know what went on across the river.
He watched as another wolf approached, she seemed to be even more aggressive than tha last. He took a step back, yet never turned his back, he knew better. His audits seemed to split swivel, one held Demi, the other kept a focus on Fallon. He knew he was outnumbered but if they were to start a fight he wouldn't back down to he was barely able to get away. He wasn't above fighting and usually went till he at least received a broken leg. He began raising his hackles as a warning for them to stay back knowing full well they weren't going to do so, this was there land.
Silver's maw was clamped realizing it may be able to get him out of this, because for the most part he would feel responsible if a fight started. So he tilts his cranium once again, letting hackles lower and decides to make a inquiry, "Why are the Moon's and Star's fighting anyway?" As he finishes the question he smacks himself in the head mentally knowing the answer was territory, mainly and possibly food. It always seemed to be those two things. He stood now uncomfortable yet still deciding to withhold fear, maybe they would believe he was clueless if he kept up his dumb act.
