and forget happiness i'm fine i'll forget everything in time
An amber sun spread the last of its golden rays across the lands. It was slowly disappearing behind a shaded mountain, casting a shadow across no mans land. Sweet lilacs, and pastel pinks blended carefully into the golden sky, reflecting an array of rich colours across the blank canvas of the stream. The water trickled quietly over the rocks, although it didn't calm him enough to let him fall asleep. Golden paws dangled in the calm river, a gentle breeze ruffling his ivory back. A coal-coloured face lay on his paws; emerald optics stared at the rippling surface. His orbs were dimmed, and scratchy from tiredness.
His canines parted, a gentle sigh slipped from his maw. He felt so confused about everything. Well, you would be if you weren't sure who your parents were, even if they'd both come up to you and explained it all clearly. Except, it wasn't that clear. He didn't know who to believe. A quiet, sensible voice from the back of his mind told him that asking Bandit would be a good idea. Right now, though, he just wanted to sleep. He couldn't muster up the energy to wander through the Stars' land, and then, if Bandit wasn't there, no mans land. He stared wearily at the river, beginning to feel sick from sleep deprivation. He groaned. This was torture.
i swear i didn't know

Mith skipped along a stream, her white tail high land, hopefully, would find a friend. A scent stopped her in her tracks. Not normal...rabbit...this was wolf scent. A male, to be exact. Now, that made her spine tingle. Another wolf, the opposite gender. Spring was coming and it meant puppies. Which also meant mates. Which, was what she wanted, a mate. She had been searching lately, and found no suitable male. One had hit on her and tried to breed with her, she told him off. One didn't even talk. And the other, was mental. Would she ever find her Romeo?
She followed the scent to see the male. He was..he..left her breathless. The golden fur was shining in the setting sun, giving it a kind of metallic look. His eyes were...ah. She had no word for them. He was perfect. If he was nice too, well, to would be the perfect fantasy. "'Scuse me." she barked with a southern accent that was in every word she said. "What might your name be?" she was curious about this one, he seemed different then the freaks she had spoken to before. He was...well, looked to be kind. She hoped that he was...because if not, she'd give up. She'd have no pups, no life, no mate.
