OoC./ Okay! I take it back >D as if I could wait until after the Activity Check
IC./
The morning was crisp and a frigid breeze gently sailed through the lush vegetation surrounding the shallow stream. The leaves hissed as the wind toyed with the canopy, sending leaves twisting and turning to the ground every now and again. A body stirred under the whispering canopies. Two soft, green eyes opened leisurely. They stayed open for a moment to inspect the surroundings before closing again. As a loner, this pale she-wolf found that she could waste the day away. Her brow furrowed as she attempted to return to her light doze but it seemed that the wind had other ideas for her, and continued to rustle the leaves and cause a ruckus. As a light sleeper, the wolf decided she wasn't going to make it back to sleep. Time to get up.
The lithe wolf pushed herself upright into a seated position, taking a minute to yawn sleepily before taking to her all fours, stretching and then moving off toward the water at a brisk pace. She could feel the coolness hanging in the air and knew that winter would soon be on its way. She would need to find herself a permanent residence before that time or face a bitter winter alone. Her ears perked forward as the stream came into view. It was shallow and bubbling, oh so inviting.
She paced toward it, blinking in the morning sunlight. She lowered her head to the surface and took a few laps at the water before lifting her head and licking the drops from her lips. She then placed a paw into the water, letting the cold temperature send chills up and down her spine before wading further towards the middle, looking for a deeper spot. She was very dusty from her long treks through the No-man’s land and it was about time for a bath.

ooc; Woo K'tarni! -glomps the pretty name- bic; Onisim seemed to be spending an awful lot of his time in No Man's Land recently. Since the fight with his father over what was best for the pack, the Falling Moon heir didn't want to hang around in the family territory much. He'd been humiliated, but he knew what he'd done wrong in the fight. And nest time, is his father showed any stupid weaknesses again, he'd be able to win. He was sure of it. The dark, hulking wolf was as strong and fast as his father, it was only the experience in fighting that he lacked... He'd soon make up for that.
As he walked to the Star stream (not wanting to go to the stream nearest to Falling Moon even though he was far too close to the Dancing Stars) he thoughts were brooding. He hadn't been kicked out of the pack, but if he made one wrong move, he would be - he had to be careful if he wanted to remain an heir to the throne. Distractedly, he relied on his sense of smell too much to tell him that there were no other wolves, but unfortunatly he couldn't scent K'tarni because she was covered in water. Taking a flying leap at the centre of the stream, a little downstream from where the other wolf was, he jumped heavily into the water. His considerable bulk and muscle managed to send a lot of water flying, splashing everything in the proximity.
Sighing with relief as the cool water flooded over him (not nearly covering him but enough to cool him down) he looked around. Only then did he notice K'tarni, and only then did it occur to him that he'd probably splashed her with half the stream's water. "Crap, sorry," he muttered.

Ooc./ ;D Lemme know if the font color is too annoying to read xD Ic./ The stream was refreshing but K'tarni's interest in it only lasted for so long. She lay quietly in the shallows, contemplating wether to get out and continue on her fruitless journey to nowhere. She sighed quietly, running her mind over the last month or so. Suddenly, her ears jolted forward. She had very little time to grasp the idea that someone had just jumped into the stream before she was splashed with a wave of freezing cold, airborne water. She gasped on impact and scrambled to her feet. She took a moment to shake the liquid from her coat before turning her head in the direction of the splash. There, in the deeper part of the stream stood the young male who - judging by the guilty look on his face - was the creator of the splash. She blinked the water from her eyes before she could focus on him properly. Crap, sorry
Her vibrant green eyes lit up as she examined his impressive stature. Helloooo handsome. Finally, a streak of luck in the otherwise boring world that K'tarni now lived in. Her tail began to sway softly along the surface of the water. She drew a long breath and took in his scent. A pack wolf? She wondered what would posses him to travel into unclaimed territory when he had a home. This thought didn't linger for long, though. As long as he was standing before her she didn't really care what his motive was.
"Apology accepted." She chimed as she waded a couple of steps closer, into the deeper water. She let a soft grin etch its way along her jaw. "It's rude to watch a lady bathe, you know." She tutted, Her voice held a teasing tone. Turning her tail to him she moved toward a flat rock that protruded from under the water and leapt up onto it in a sudden, fluid motion. She took great care not to slip and fall, that wouldn't be too impressive now would it? She turned back to him and reclined to her ashen haunches, waiting patiently for a response. Reactions to her sweet, flirtatious nature were always different.

ooc; sorry for the late reply, have been lacking in muse for roleplaying wolves :\
bic; Onisim's mind was still full of irritation that he'd lost the fight with his father. It was probably the first major fight he'd lost since... since he could remember. He'd always been the overdeveloped, muscly sort, whose brawn made up for his slightly lacking amount of brains. When he was young, he was always considered the idiot of the Falling Moon heirs, who would have probably made no match as an Alpha comapred to his brothers, due to his stupidity. Although the brains had come later, he still wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed - clever enough to get by though.
His attention wasn't entirely focused on the situation in hand, but he did feel a little guilty for not even noticing the other wolf previously. Apology accepted. Well, she obviously wasn't a Dancing Star then, because they all knew who he was and wouldn't offer him an apology if their life depended on it. No, this loner (because she wasn't a Falling Moon either, he'd know her) was definitely something else.
At her flirtacious talk of 'it's rude to watch a lady bathe', Onisim blinked, slightly confused. Did she not realise he'd only just arrived at the stream? It was pretty obvious he hadn't been watching her. Obviously, the clockwork in his brain wasn't wound up quite correctly, because he didn't really understand what she was getting at.
"Err, I wasn't, actually?" he said, wondering ironically if she was mentally competent. His eyes followed her as she leapt up onto a flat rock. "Just going to have a swim in the stream..."
