well you can bark all night but you're never gonna bite so I don't care
Despite warnings from grumbling pack members, Kohar had sought No Man's Land. So what if Caden had been captured here? Kohar knew that she was nothing particularly special. Almost fully grown now, she could feel a fairly majestic thick winter coat coming in and it calmed her. She stretched her long snowy white legs, enjoying her height, as she wandered through No Man's Land in the fading burning red sunset. Truthfully, she was bored.
She was beginning to wonder what the point of all of this pack business was. What exactly was her father playing at? She hadn't seen him or heard from him in days. Was he just going to wait until Caden went crazy or died? Until the Stars plucked up some courage to come and get him? Kohar was thoroughly unimpressed, with her father, her whiny siblings and the rest of the pack. It was hardly a pack at all, to her. If she was running the place it'd all be different.
But she knew that she was far from that. She remained calm, even-tempered, as she happened across a cliff near to the Stars territory. She lifted her nose to scent the air, wary of any danger, but smelt nothing. There seemed to be no loners, no Stars, no Moons. She stumbled across Riverrush Cave with peaking curiosity, sniffing a little before settling down in its entrance to face outwards. Let excitement come to her, this time.

I've warned you countless times Dont try to help me You'll only be abolished by me....
Drake himself was back to the lands he had once called him home for the short time he was staying to look for his sister. He had nothing to fear except death itself but that would come when Mother Earth thought it was time. He had left the Star's territory in hope of getting rid of Akiko. She had been so attached to him lately making him extremely uncomfortable as he wasn't a social wolf. But he had asked for it in a way. If that was what it was like to be a father, he questioned why he had wanted to be one for a moment. He was headed in no particular direction nor place simply following his senses once again they had never let him down. It seemed they didn't again as he pick up a scent of another wolf.
Female, she was young he could tell by the sweet smell of her scent. Like a Lilly just blooming it reminded him of Akiko. He gave a sigh, he knew it wasn't Akiko but it could be one of her brothers or sisters he had known nothing about nor met. Curiosity ate at his side as he constipated on whether he should go find this she-wolf. Finding a wolf would mean he would have to speak. He didn't mimd speaking but if she was as bubbly but annoying as Akiko he would depart. He frowned he liked the little pup but she was just everywhere all at once. Beside what could be the harm after all he was bored and hunting would not abolish the empty feeling he was getting.
Following the black wet button on his snout his head tilted towards the ground as he got a wiff of her scent this time stronger. His neutral face formed a smug look for a reason unknown. His orbs took in the site of a young she-wolf as he had expected but he hadn't expected her to look go graceful and mature. She was tall he could tell even from sitting down as he was some distance away. Her fur was long and feather like it seemed. He wondered if it was soft or tough like a turtles shell. Her fur since he was thinking on the subject came in many different colors mainly dark grey with a mix of white and brown. She held herself as if she was the alpha herself. He wondered what was her purpose in the pack besides as the regulars. He had never met her nor seen her when he met the rest of the pack. This just made his curiousity grow. Why hadn't she appeared? Was she antisocial like him or merely not interested all the much in pack affairs?
He approached her letting he paws become loud once more so she would know he was coming. He stood a few tail lengtg from her not sure how she would react to his presence. He had to be on the safe side as she-wolves were complicated and hard to reach, well at least to him. His voice rumbled to life with its polite and calm deep tune. He gave an effort for being friendly as he had been the one to approach her after all.
"Something bother your mind? Or just want the pleasure of being alone?"
Yet you still didn't listen. So don't blame me for telling you What a monster I am....

It seemed a little while to Kohar before excitement came, but she was a patient wolf. When the footfalls began to approach, she turned her head to see a rather large wolf on his approach to her. She trained her dark eyes upon him as the words left his lips and she was glad for the distance. Growing up with the Moons meant you kept your guard up.
"Are you asking me if I want your company?" was her reply, quick as anything. But her manner was placid. His approach seemed to indicate that he was curious about her. Kohar was not a vain wolf, so she did not think of herself as luxurious to look at and therefore did not assume this was his reason for approaching her. She instead decided to wait and see how he reacted to her ever-so-slight challenge. She could not help her demanding words, and nor would she want to. It was simply her way, and executed with the utmost level of calm.

Drake broke a smile from his calm face. His lips curling upward in amusement at her quick some what defense response. Either she was annoyed by his presence or curious to why he had came. He figured it would be both, she seemed clever and offered a slight challenge with her words. Drake had always favored challenges especially with wolves he hadn't met with. The words he choose to escape his mouth was one he knew she would expect. But he couldn't help it the challenge was making him smile harder than he'd like.
"Are you passively asking me to leave by answering my question with a question?"
He had answered her question with a question. A game that took clever thinking skills if you happen to ask a stupid or fail to have the question counter the other you lose. It was a game he oftened played with Fatal. Fatal..she seemed so distance from his mind now as if she was dead and a faint memory. Being in this pack had made him slightly forget her, something he had promise he wouldn't do. But to him promises were meant to be broken.

Kohar raised one brow and smiled in return, amused by his wit and the speed of his response. If there was one thing Kohar felt she craved it was wit. The Moons wolves, she felt, took themselves altogether far too seriously. She considered his question, wondering if she could conjure up another question without it sounding too forced. Her ears flicked forwards.
"Are you attempting to outsmart me by questioning my question?" she offered, tipping her head ever so slightly with her brow still raised. She wondered who this wolf was. The faintest scent of Stars wafted to her and for a moment she thought, what a shame. But Kohar did not have the Moons mantra so deep-rooted within her. She did not care much at all for her shambles of a pack, although she might do if she ever felt the need to take it over. She continued to smile.

Drake sniff the air not sure what pack she belonged to but it was Stars. He figured it was Moons as she smelled of other wolves. It didn't bother him none the less, she didn't seem bother by him either so he let it be. He couldn't help but chuckle at her response about as quick as his.
"No young one. Are you trying to sound smart to impress an elder or are you naturally disrespectful?"
He was only teasing her on the part of being disrespectful but he couldn't help that part. He had always showed respect to elders whether he liked or knew them. He liked the fact she brought upon a challenge it made him long for his sister.Maybe this little she-wolf knew where his sister lurked? It was only one way to find out although she would most likely give him a run for the knowledge he requested to gain.

Kohar warmed a little to this stranger at his words. She dipped her head ever, ever so slightly.
"The former. Or perhaps a little of both," she finally conceded the game, her brow returning to its usual level spot. She watched him, taking him in. Usually she took wolves on face value, her mind ranging somewhere between analysing them and just seeing what they had to say for themselves. She believed the truth lay between what you saw and what you could work out about a wolf
"However, I believe we both know that I'm not really being disrespectful," she set her dark eyes upon him. Why not vouch for honesty? She certainly had nothing to lose. He didn't seem as all hostile towards her, but she knew where to aim her teeth if he did attack. She was not a stupid wolf, although young. "I'm Kohar. What's your name?"

Drake stifled a large grin at the she-wolf who seemed just relax as ever. When she brought up the question of his name it brought him back to great fact at hand. He wasn't hear to bother her just curious to who she was. She was a Falling Moons pup and her name was Kohar. It suited her to him, the name held some power to it he could tell that on how she spoke it, with great pride.
"I am Drake, and you Kohar seem to be an elder in the body of a pup. Unusual but deeply prayed for by wolves who know the value of it."
It was true on what he said when he mentioned how it was prayed for. Drake would love to have a pup with such intelligence and wouldn't mind if they ever had conversations that start out like the one he had just played out with Kohar. But even with that thought nagging at him he couldn't get away from the fact that later on he might see this pup in battle. If the leader of Falling Moons was ruthless enough as his own new pack said he would even send pups in. He would have to make sure not to attack her in battle. He took some liking towards this little pup.

Kohar did not laugh, but she smiled and it certainly reached her dark eyes. It was quite the compliment, something she was not used to receiving. Her mother dead, and not loving in the first place, and her father shockingly absent... not to mention her irritating siblings, Binah and Caspian, both of whom thought she had some sort of superiority complex simply because she spoke calmly and rationally. She dismissed them from her mind.
"Pray tell where these wolves who 'know the value of it' are, my pack seems void of them," she replied, but her tone was in jest. It was truthful enough but she knew it sounded a little childish. Still, she wasn't a full adult yet, and she was not about to pretend to be. She was still young, still learning, still growing. She knew this, and did not fight it.
"Nice to meet you, Drake," she said, and finally inhaled a little. He smelt of Stars wolves, but only vaguely. If the Stars were recruiting wolves such at this one, she wouldn't count on the insanity or malice of her pack members against intellect and muscle. The thought of battle did not phase her, however, and her expression remained placid.

Drake listened to her mutter how her pack didn't see it that way. Well mos wolves didn't, you have to open all parts of your mind to understand it. Some were born with that ability and others learned it, he had been born with it as well so he understood her nature.
"To see the gift in front of you, you'd have to accept everything is a gift. It would take many moons for them to understand as from what I've heard from the wind most of your pack seem to have their damaged souls rested upon the thought of power, anger and pain. You don't seem to belong to them but I've just interacted with you once. Behind those eyes of yours a chaos could be unfolding the same could be happening when you look at mine. It is all the same when you look out that particular window."
He had not intend on speaking so much but her words had sparked something in him. He had felt the need to explain how he felt a bit better, he would grant knowledge to anyone who seemed interested and he would be grateful to reiceve any as well. He wasn't sure if she was interested or not but she seemed to be neutral so he took his sway at things. If she rejected his opinion, that was fine and most likely expected. He didn't expect others to agree with his thoughts. What you think should only matter to you, many wolves lost themselves worrying on what other wolves thought of their thoughts. He let out a sigh pulling his gaze from the sitting wolf to look past her, his expression remain as it was before, tranquil.

Kohar listened carefully to this apparently wise stranger, taking in his words and processing them. She chewed over them a little, but mostly just found herself wanting to interrupt. She wouldn't, of course, unless he said something really silly, but she wanted to. When he stopped she spoke instinctively.
"I appreciate what you're trying to say," she began, not wanting to outwardly insult him and put him off. She liked him, so far, but she had to be honest. So she continued. "But I feel that you're overanalysing. Me, my pack, yourself... Chaos unfolding?"
She silenced herself for a minute, frowning in concentration but her mouth open a little. It was clear she meant to go on. Kohar liked to find the right words but she was not like her half-sister Rose, who deliberately executed each word and act as if planning an elaborate hunt. Kohar had a general assumption of the reaction she would get and a general feeling about what she meant, and she was a fairly straight-shooter when it came to her opinions.
"Chaos is fairly self-evident, if you ask me. If a wolf is that chaotic inside, it'll definitely manifest itself in their outward actions."

Drake listened to her words and smiled at the last statement. Oh how the wolf before him didn't even know, He let out a small sigh he didn't want to go into depth but didn't want to leave it dry and confusing either. He figured how to explain this fully without leaving out important matters or perhaps he could not reply at all. Not replying would be no fun at all thought so he decided to not think on it and just let his tongue flow.
"Chaotic? Hmm well if you have the same brain as I, I'd expect you know better than to stray to the chaotic side of the lake. It is not the most intelligent approach as when you are chaotic you usually do not think sensible. If I am wrong please correct me but that is just an opinion. As for you, your telling me you don't wish to rule this pack and over run things that step in your path of destiny? Maybe I read the wrong side of you?"
He had thought he summarize up what he thought and if he didn't well that was too bad. He wasn't one to go into a long depth of things that would seem to go on forever. He went to the simple direct to the point statements. Dismissing the fact he despised talking a little in general if there was no new knowledge for him to gain.

Kohar raised a brow ever so slightly as Drake spoke again. She felt her blood begin to boil a little, her own little bit of chaos unfolding. She was perfectly peaceable, calm and understanding- until she felt threatened. Now, lying down with this large enemy male so close, and so analytical, he was about to be shown another side of the wolf he was delving too deeply into.
Without even raising a lip or her hackles, Kohar's entire demeanour and expression changed into something somewhat menacing.
"I'm going to have to ask you to stop guessing at my life ambitions," she spoke loudly, but without shouting. She knew that she already had his attention, and he would recognise her body language and tone of voice. She cared not that she was young or female when she felt threatened. Attitude was more powerful than gender or age, sometimes.
"Forgive me, but you are of an enemy pack, in warring times. If I was to give you personal information about myself and my pack, I may as well be behind your borders. You could be a spy for all I know."
She was still controlled, still even in tone, but she did not let her dark, fathomless eyes blink or look away even for a second. Refusing to show any more aggression than the viciousness associated with her words, she waited for his response, her body tuned and ready to fight or flee as necessary.

Drake let a small smirk display at her paw full amount of fury towards him. He shook his head so he had hit a note, time to roll into reverse so he doesn’t end up fully pissing off his slightly new acquaintance. Her thoughts of him being a spy made him laugh. He had only joined the Dancing Stars pack because he needed to find his sister. He didn’t want to be in this battle but sometimes you have to give to take, he was willing to do much to retrieve his sister once more. In reality that was all he cared about, he didn’t care much for Akiko or Esmeralda as he made it seem. Drake could put up strong fronts that seemed realistic to the senses, but not forever. Eventually his true nature would show when he got fed up, the question was when would that be?
“I have angered you small one, I apologize. But your speak on me being a spy is foolish. If that was the case I’d have several other ways to retrieve information without you knowing. I’ve been skilled in many things but I didn’t come here on the behalf of my pack, I just happen to be wandering and caught your scent. If it bothers you much that I seem to be a possible threat to you why are you still sitting her fighting off the boiling fury inside? Why not let it consume you and lash out at me sense I am a enemy?”
His tone wasn’t close to being furious or frighten he was clearly amused and let the glaze of amusement settle over his facial features. His lips curving upward into a dangerous smirk, she was a hot-blooded one and a she-wolf that did not like to be known. Perhaps it was just to enemies but he felt she saw everyone as a mere enemy or perhaps a tool. He wasn’t going to speak on it thought he didn’t need her tail to fluff out like a cats now did he? He learned long ago nothing possibly is worse than a she-wolf when she is pissed. It was as if Hell itself had nothing on their burning rage.

"That's not the way I work."
She knew that she was capable of lashing out. The pack she was in left no room for weakness, it was eat or be eaten. It may not be apparent in most conversations but Kohar knew what it was to grow up amongst subtle instability. The rest of the wolf world could think what they would, that the Moons wolves were always ripping at each other's throats for a scrap of meat, but the danger was not demonstrated in such a way. Emotionally the scars ran much deeper than the physical aspects of the raw pack life. She, like many others, had learned to be tough. Physically, yes, but mentally so much more.
"There's no use in trying to aggravate me further. I see you smirking and I understand your amusement, but I do not agree with it. You know so little of me and my ways, stranger. There's no use me telling you that I can be powerful and vicious. You won't believe it."
Kohar sat up and then stood, stretching the tension from her body. She turned her eyes upon him and sat again. She did not care for making a point. Kohar was not about show. She knew that if she were to make a point it would be organic, it would flow from her very core into her actions, not slip between her lips in words that could so easily be twisted and disregarded.
"I did not call you an enemy. I stated that you were of an enemy pack," she reminded him, her tone sharp but calm.
