Rules

Yes, unfortunately, like all good forums- we have rules! However, this is the only thread you'll have to read about them. Please pay attention to them and we'll all get along swimmingly.

General Rules:

• Racism, sexism etc. is not tolerated here.
  
• Do not insult or anger other members- we want to avoid all arguments.
  
• Mild chatspeak is allowed (such as brb,afk), but we'd prefer it if u dint tlk lyk dis.
  
• Advertising other sites is only allowed in the 'Advertising' section of our forum.
  
• Mild swearing is allowed, but please remember this is a site for members of all ages. If your post contains a lot of swearing please write a clear warning at the top.
  
• The c-Box rules should be obeyed at all times - No spamming or advertising other sites, always be polite and do not ignore others.
  
• There is no excuse for a lack of punctuation or decent grammar in your posts. And remember, there is a spell check so try and avoid spelling errors in your posts too.
  
• If you do not post at least once a week (without an excuse for being inactive), then your account will be deleted.
  

Signature/Avatar Rules

• Signatures should be no wider than 570 pixels and no taller than 250 pixels. Not only do large images stretch our layout, but they are also a pain for people with a slow connection rate.
  
• Avatars should not be any larger than 100 x 100 pixels.
  
• Please don't display obscene images in your avatar/signature.
  

In-character rules

• Here at Moonstar you must earn the right to have more than 3 characters. Loyal/old members are allowed up to 6, as long as they are active. Staff are also allowed 6.
  
• You may not roleplay your character until their biography has been accepted.
  
• Your characters may not kill other characters, unless you have the roleplayer's permission.
  
• If your character is in a fight with another, please ask a member of staff to judge who wins unless the outcome has already been decided.
  
• You may not power-play or god-mode over other members characters. (Mary-Sues/Perfects are also disapproved of.)
  
• This is a semi-literate+ forum. That means that each post should be at least 100 words, in coherent sentences.
