The past is the past, and the earthquake that once rocked the wolves' world in a faraway valley is long gone. With the two rival packs, Dancing Stars (led by Caden) and Falling Moon (led by Duke) sharing Caden Valley, there is constant friction between all the wolves - not to mention any loners that may decide to make No Man's Land their home. It's lucky that there is a river seperating the two territories, or who knows what could happen?
With the arrival of Spring and more pups, the Dancing Stars are worried that the Falling Moons will want to expand their territory. Both packs want to protect their newborns, so they adopt a much more aggressive approach to each other. With an increased feeling of tension between the rival packs, no longer would a Dancing Star dare to be seen anywhere near a Falling Moon... or would they?

StarLands
Starlight Forest (1 sub-board) So named for it's fairly thin trees which give access to the brilliant starlit sky at night, this covers most of Caden's land. It stretches from one end of the valley to the other.
Meadowland This clearing is right in the middle of Caden's land. The grasses are soft and long, and hide a multitude of small game. This is the easiest place to access the river, and a favourite place for the pack in summertime.
Valley River (1 sub-board) The grass and forest changes to riverbank mud all along the river, which is fast and wide and impossible to cross or drink from throughout most of the land. It is a good thinking spot for many wolves, though, as the rushing water is a constant and safe sound.
Gale Cliff (2 sub-boards) This juts out of the mountainside and easily climable if you take the long way round. Still covered in beautiful thin forest, it is a little more battered by the strong winds which rush down the valley, but it is lovely nonetheless. The stream winds along here, marking the edge of Caden's land for No Man's Land.
Pebble Clearing This is the small area in front of the dens which is rough and pebbly below a wolf's feet. Mostly this space is used for pack meetings as there are no distractions, very little prey comes this close to the wolf dens. Some wolves keep watch over those sleeping in the dens here.
Cliffside (1 sub-board) A small sliver of the north of No Man's Land is the cliffside. It's a little precarious and is right beside the stream separating it from Dancing Stars territory.
Outlands (1 sub-board) Dry, rocky and a little barren, the outlands make up the west side of No Man's Land. It is open and slopes gently up to the cliffside.
Sunbowl Forest So named for its bright, healthy trees, this forest almost glows in the light of the sun. At night it is a little more spooky, but perfect for loners as the roots of some of the trees are large and provide natural dens.
Sunlit Clearing The grasses here are almost always moist, being surrounded by two rivers, and sometimes muddy between. They are vibrantly healthy, though, and often attract prey of all kinds. It is a favourite hunting spot for loners, or even stray packmembers sometimes.
New Moon Forest (1 sub-board) This is very, very dark in this forest as the trees are very wide and provide little to no access to the skies above them. Clearings are rare, and in winter only a little snow reaches beyond the treetops.
Heathland The grasses here are more coarse and yet still very long. Sometimes it is a little difficult to travel through, for the thin who get tangled or the pups who get lost. Still, it is a welcome change to the forest. It backs onto the mountains.
Deadlands (1 sub-board) Following from the outlands just beyond the river, the deadlands is a rocky, desolate area of land. The sun bakes the ground underfoot in summer, and no prey seems to come here unless to drink from the stream.
Valley River (1 sub-board) The forest changes to thick riverbank mud all along the river, which is fast and wide and impossible to cross or drink from throughout most of the land. It is a good thinking spot for many wolves, though, as the rushing water is a constant and safe sound.
Sloped Clearing Small rocks which have crumbled from the mountainside stretch out in front of the den and below the cliff. This place is a favourite for pack meetings, or wolves who just wish to stand guard outside the dens. It is effectively the heart of Duke's territory.
The Season is currently Early Spring.
The Weather is currently a little cloudy but when the sun shines through it's bright and warm.
